Gunnisonville Meadows East facility is our brand new six bed center offering a more private, smaller setting, and sits directly adjacent to our main facility. We opened this facility to provide residents with a more comfortable, smaller environment that feels just like home. This smaller, homelike facility allows residents to spend more quality time with one another if they’d like. This facility also caters to those personalities who do not always want to socialize. We encourage social interaction no matter what, but we like to cater to the personalities of our residents.

This facility operates as an assisted living facility just like our main Gunnisonville Meadows facility. Both operate the same, are staffed the same, and provide the same assisted living, memory care, and respite care services.
